Turbo Leader I

GRADE: 6-8

As students enter middle school, they need a new set of skills because they face more autonomy, more responsibility, and greater social pressure than before. In the Turbo Leader I course, students learn how to build confidence, boost academic achievement, and manage complex interpersonal relationships. By the end of the course, students will have mastered dozens of proven strategies for promoting growth, solving challenges, and achieving their goals.

Turbo Leader II

The middle school years and adolescence can be exciting and confusing all at once. The second course in our middle school series, Turbo Leader II equips students with tools that boost their skills and personal voice, which ultimately leads to building confidence, creating healthy coping mechanisms, and finding lifelong passions. Through applying these powerful skills, students can make meaningful differences in their schools and communities.

High school students face new responsibilities, difficult decisions, and increased academic rigor. Through the Turbo Leadership course, students develop essential, research-based leadership skills – such as, goal setting and growth mindset — that drive success. During the course, students apply social emotional development strategies to realistic high school situations and experiences. They learn to become effective leaders and improve performance —in and out of school.

Powerful Educator

Powerful Educator is a blended learning professional development course that equips educators with essential SEL competencies that build a positive school culture, drive academic success, and support student well-being. This course was created in partnership with Mindset Works, which was founded by world-renowned, growth mindset researcher Dr. Carol Dweck. The course is convenient, flexible, and can be used in a professional learning community or structured professional development.
