Message from Mawi

When I first came to the U.S. as a refugee, I walked into school without knowing a word of English. I grew up on welfare for 12 years. Despite my challenges, because of Powerful Educators like you, I achieved my dream of going to college and earned a scholarship to Harvard University.

At our 2017 Powerful Educator Conference, you will learn proven, research-based strategies to unlock potential in all your students. Thank you for everything you do. I look forward to meeting you soon!
