Clayton Muhammad is the founder of Boys II Men, Inc., a national brotherhood for phenomenal young men in high school and college. With its 100% graduation rate and chapters throughout the country, Boys II Men has been lauded by the Chicago Crime Commission as 'Star of Distinction' program. A father of two sons, Muhammad is a former classroom teacher, school director, and school district administrator. He is currently the 'brand man' of the second largest city in Illinois as Director of Communications for the City of Aurora.

Elizabeth Carswell

As the director of Core Essential Values, Elizabeth oversees the strategy and resources that empower schools, families, and communities to treat others right, make smart decisions, and maximize their potential. Elizabeth has worked with more than 1,000 schools and led the expansion from elementary school curriculum to preschools, middle and high schools, and after school programs. She has four children – all now in their twenties (with three still in college!). Elizabeth believes passionately in the effect a values culture can have on the next generation.
